| Fairbanks Sand & Gravel Hoppers - These cars are not prototypical!
They are from the Tanana Model RR Club (Ron Sheets). You can use any hopper
car you wish as it will be your preference as to what you want. I thought
they looked cool so I made some for my collection.
I started out with an Athearn ACF Centerflow #1900 undecorated covered hooper. Paitned it with MOW gray (Scalecoat II). I then used the decals from Ron Sheets (you can get them via the website for the Tanana and clear coated them. |
