A zoomed up photo of the hopper in the river, you can see some of the detail of the car but no lettering or road name. I have asked some long retired trainmen of the ARR, and no one recognizes what type of ballast hopper this is, and no one seems to have ever seen these cars. Since most of the cars were dumped in the late 1950s to the end of operations it makes sense that these may have been dumped in the 1960s.
