Looking down the Matanuska River towards Palmer in the MP A8 mile, you can see remains of hoppers, and a couple Hart Convertible Gondolas. If you look closely to the hillside, you can make out where the grade is by looking at the coloration of the younger trees, it looks like a grayish line. 04/24/2014.
