This appears to be a Composite Gondola with the frame cut down to have some sort of side rails. This car may have been the one Pat Durand mentioned in his essay The Railroad Bone Yard as the MOW car most likely used in snow service to haul a large piece of equipment.  No lettering was visible to identify the car. 04/24/2014.
