Here are a couple images of ARR 4008 at West Seattle, Washington, taken in April of 2000. This unit (along with the mystery unit under the tarp) are awaiting loading on to the car barge that will take them north.   Back then the BNSF had a barge slip in West Seattle and the UP had a barge slip on Harbor Island. These days only the UP slip on Harbor Island is being used.   Also included are a couple detail shots of the locomotive, and a shot of the BNSF loading the car barge (the ARR units were behind me when I took the BN shot).
