0-6-0 #4015 from "Allied military locomotives of the second world war" by R Touret.
Jeff DeBroeck adds, "Yes it was on the roster but never renumbered, some of the publications list it as being used as parts but I do not think it is accurate. It was a USATC 0-6-0 switcher just like the 310 class except it did not have siamesed sand domes. It was a USRA design. I think it was probably dedicated to Fort Richardson."
On 8/12/14 Jeff DeBroeck adds, "This document supports my theory that the 4015 was restricted to Fort Richardson and explains why it never was renumbered and added to the roster with the other Army 0-6-0's."
