Hopefully someone can provide the history, specifications, operational features and use for the very imposing crane that occupied
the Fairbanks rail yard for many years. It is now gone. Where to? In this photo taken in the early 90's it appears to be lifting 3002.
It is not, because the crane is straddle off another track about 60 feet away.
