About the only passengers on the Alaska Railroad these days are the Geese, fortunately the railroad has kicked off the gravel season. The AS&G Gravel train has crossed over to the Coastal Siding and will soon enter the track to the dump pit. The next three hours will find this train dumping their 80 loads of rock before returning to Anchorage.
