No freight train comes through Wasilla on Thursday nights and, except for the first Thursday of the month, no passenger trains, either. I fall back to this past Saturday, when the northbound Aurora Winter Train passed under the overpass at Sunshine Crossing on its way to Fairbanks.

I wanted to be on it but instead I stood on the ground flying Sancho, my DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone, through my remote controller, but I was happy.
