Elevation 609 feet. From this point there formerly extended a 39-mile narrow gauge line which served the Fox, Gilmore, Olnes, Eldorado and Chatanika gold districts.  This line was abandoned by the Alaska Railroad on the completion of modern roads into the districts.

There is a spur track here that holds about 12 cars.  There are some houses around but no actual settlement anymore.
