Due to adverse side effects from chemotherapy I briefly considered cancelling my Alaska trip. Even when I decided to go the final chemotherapy treatments made it hard for me to focus on a trip itinerary and I was basically living day to day. Therefore, I am so fortunate to have Anchorage friends that made time for me at the last minute. I told them on Tuesday we would be in town on Saturday and as you can see from the photo above they were ALL THERE FOR ME. Life was meant for great friends and adventures.
