The first part of our cruise was a four day land excursion (see map). We travelled by bus to the Mt. McKinley Lodge. After getting settled in our rooms we took a shuttle to Talkeetna. I love Talkeetna. It is very laid back town, brimming with history and for 20 years had a cat for a mayor. 5/28/17
