Some geocaches bring your to beautiful or interesting places. "Juneau Goldbelt" (GC58F1P) brought Terry to a statue and plaque which told the mining gold story in the Juneau region. Terry learned about the type of drills used in the late 1800s, ore deposits, setting charges to cut the tunnels, geology and output of the Juneau Goldbelt from 1897-1944. 6/5/17
