David Tempest
David "Dave" L. Tempest passed away, at 71 years of age, on Feb. 16, 2015, in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. He was born to Donna and Donald Tempest in Bellingham, Wash., on June 27, 1943. David worked for the Alaska Railroad Corporation and retired after 31 years. He enjoyed his cabin at the Lake House as well as the ducks. He was a life member with the Elks and also a member of the Moose Lodge in Lake Havasu City. David was a loving and kind man. David is survived by his daughters, Dawn McGuire of Sacramento, Calif., and Denise of New Mexico; his granddaughters, Cimonne Burton and Isabell of Sacramento, Calif.; and his loving friend and companion, Diane Brummond. David is preceded in death by his parents, Donna and Donald Tempest. Services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, at 1 p.m. A special thanks to Hospice and Care. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
